Location: St John's, Worcester - 5 min walk from Sainsbury's
Pay rate: £10.82phr + £45 per sleep in
Part time role - 20hrs a week

We support four young gentleman with autism who are very active and love going out for a meal or a walk, spend time with their family & friends and attend sport activities. They also enjoy watching rugby - on TV or live game - and playing computer games.
As a valued support worker, you'll be helping them to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
It is essential you hold a full UK driving license for this role (people we support have a manual Mobility Vehicle that their support workers need to drive for them - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license).
