Responsible to answer phone calls. • Responsible to process daily orders & inventories checking using AutoCount system. • Arrange stocks delivery to customers and check the delivery status daily. • Follow-up payments with customers every month • Able to compose and write email, memos and letters to respective authority. • Follow-up with government agencies such as E-perolehan, MDA etc. • Organize filing system according to GDPMD requirements. • Comply to office policies and procedures. • Process order for office supplies and maintain the record of office supplies usage. • Maintain all the relevant contact lists. • Responsible for travel arrangement and booking • Provide sales support to sales team.EXZA MEDICAL SDN BHD has been established as a medical devices’ distribution company in Malaysia since 25th June 2014, specializing in Vascular and Oncology Intervention.
