We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account cum HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to both the accounting and human resources departments, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets as requested.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee time and attendance records.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and training records.
- Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support HR activities such as performance management, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and HR departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or HR roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
