Your role:
- Recruitment:
-Perform recruitment duties such as posting ads, sourcing of candidates, scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and maintaining the candidate database.
- People Management:
-Provide employee relations support to managers and staff.
-Work closely with the HRBP regarding employee safeguarding, performance, and disciplinary issues.
-Hold others accountable regarding employee interactions and cultural standard.
-Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, fair, and equitable workplace.
- Process
-Develop, improve, and implement HR initiatives, procedures and processes.
