Monday- Friday 9am- 1pm. We are hiring a business associate to handle operations of a luxury boutique fashion company. ZOHO is the main program used for inventory, invoices and book keeping. Shopify is used for e-commerce, along with IG for social media and Link tree for promotions. Boxing, shipping and labeling high end merchandise is also part of the responsibilities. Three days in Encino and 1 day in northern Malibu on the coast are required. Opportunity for advancement including sales and commissions available, this is an elegant environment with high touch clientele. Two week paid trial upon hiring, must be meticulous with data entry and able to work independently. Experience required.
